Many people pass quickly through Normandy on the way to the sunny south or picturesque Brittany. They are totally unaware that they are passing by a beautiful corner of France rich in culture and history. In la Manche you can enjoy beautiful countryside and unspoilt sandy beaches within easy proximity.
Cottage The Feverie is a delightful stone cottage in the heart of the countryside but with easy access to Saint Lo, the principal town of La Manche. Idyllically situated in 5 acres of picturesque pastureland and orchards, this 18th century oak beamed farmhouse has beautiful views across the river Elle valley.

The cottage is renovated to the highest standards whilst retaining the character and charm typical of this region. There are 3 bedrooms giving sufficient accommodation for 6 adults, and a baby's cot is provided if required.

The cottage is on the main Cherbourg St Lô road but is set well back from the road down a private drive of about 100 meters providing a peaceful environment, safe for children. It is in a secluded position with gardens and a sun terrace for dining out.

There is a games room with table tennis, billiards and darts and bicycles are provided for the more adventurous.

There is a private phone in the cottage for both incoming and outgoing calls.
The living/dining room is tastefully decorated in Normandy style with a log fire for those romantic evenings

The master bedroom with its double bed and the other twin bedooms are individually styled to provide the maximum of comfort.
The kitchen is well equipped (to English standard) with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine with integrated tumble drier.

There is a bathroom with seperate toilet upstairs, and a shower room with toilet and washbasin downstairs.

Storage heaters provide background heat if necessary.
